ADULTS

Mindfulness can be a practical way of developing greater awareness, emotional balance and resilience in everyday life. It can help us respond to stress and challenges with greater clarity, while strengthening our ability to focus, regulate emotions and care for ourselves.

I offer mindfulness in different formats, depending on the needs of the people I work with: one-to-one sessions, group courses, workshops, seminars and talks. My approach is practical and accessible, combining guided practices, mindful movement, reflection and tools that can be integrated into everyday life.

I also bring lived experience of recovering from burnout, neurodiversity and a particular interest in making mindfulness accessible and adaptable to different ways of learning and working.

Workshops, Seminars & Speaking

I particularly enjoy bringing mindfulness into workshops, seminars and professional events, where I can introduce participants to practical approaches that can be explored immediately and applied to their own lives and work. I have delivered mindfulness workshops at seminars, conventions and professional events, working with diverse audiences in educational, corporate, healthcare and complementary health settings. I tailor talks, workshops and seminars to the needs of each audience, exploring themes such as stress and burnout prevention, emotional regulation, focus, resilience, compassionate communication and wellbeing. If you are looking for a speaker or would like to explore a mindfulness workshop for your event, team or organisation, I'd be glad to hear from you.

TESTIMONIALS

Roxanne Panopoulos

Thank you Claire! It did me a lot of good – just to force myself to take time for me in a more exclusive manner. To me this has been my special moment in the week where you take the time out for yourself."

Claire's mindfulness course was a wonderful journey, primarily exploring stress management in my case, but also allowing us to delve into other areas where mindfulness can be equally beneficial. Claire's approach is both insightful and empathetic and her course is deeply impactful.
