MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is not a philosophy, religion or simple relaxation technique, it is an attitude. It can help us welcome our emotions and diffuse stress and pressure, and reconcile with others, ourselves and what’s going on in our lives.
Mindfulness gives us practical skills that enable us to more easily navigate life challenges and change the way we relate to experiences and thoughts.
I teach mindfulness in a variety of settings in English and French:
• Schools, helping children and teenagers develop focus, emotional regulation, and confidence.
• Parents and Teachers, supporting them to cope with stress, face difficulties with greater awareness, and care for themselves with compassion.
• Workplaces and healthcare teams, promoting well-being and preventing burnout
• Patients of psychotherapy practices and rehabilitation clinics, accompanying them during therapy or providing a soft transition
• Translators and interpreters, drawing on my professional background to support focus, emotional balance, and self-care in a high-demand field.
• Individuals seeking to enhance their health and well-being—such as through burnout prevention and recovery—or those navigating life transitions, like menopause.
• 1-on1 and groups, both in person and online.

My sessions are practical, relaxed, and supportive — combining themes, practical exercises, mindful movement, and guided meditations that build progressively to help participants integrate mindfulness into daily life.
My mindfulness offerings include stress-reduction workshops, emotional regulation sessions, and tailored programmes for corporate professionals, neurodivergent individuals, and those in complementary medicine settings.
I have taught mindfulness to over 500 children and regularly deliver Mindfulness for Health & Well-being courses to adults in 1-on-1 and group formats.

Mindfulness research has advanced significantly since the 1980s, moving beyond its initial focus on chronic pain and stress. There is now substantial evidence demonstrating mindfulness's benefits for health and well-being, including improved attention, concentration, emotional insight, and relationships. In 2015, the UK government acknowledged the importance of mindfulness by publishing the Mindful Nation UK report. This landmark policy document aims to address mental and physical health issues in education, health, the workplace, and the criminal justice system through mindfulness-based interventions.
