CIRCLES IN THE WAY OF COUNCIL

I facilitate circles in the Way of Council, another way to practise mindfulness rooted in ancient wisdom and deep listening.
In circles, participants gather in a circle and speak from the heart, one at a time, while others listen without interruption or judgment. The process invites us to slow down, to listen with full presence, and to speak what is true in the moment.

Rather than trying to fix or advise, we learn to simply witness ourselves, each other, and what unfolds between us. This practice cultivates empathy, non-judgmental acceptance, and authentic communication. It helps individuals and groups rediscover connection beyond roles or hierarchy, creating a safe space where every voice has equal value.
Used today in settings from schools to corporations, circles in the Way of Council strengthens relationships, fosters inclusion, and nurtures emotional wellbeing. It reminds us that true communication is not about solving, but about being fully present to ourselves, to others, and to the moment we share.
