I offer group and one-to-one mindfulness courses for adults, designed to support emotional balance, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. Grounded in the Zenways Mindfulness for Health & Wellbeing approach, the sessions provide practical tools you can use right away — whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice.
Full courses and workshops are available for adults of all backgrounds, as well as tailored options for translators, teachers, healthcare professionals, corporate teams, and parents, as well as anyone going through a moment of change, adjustment, or transformation. Courses take place online in a supportive, welcoming space.

9-week online General Mindfulness Course
You’ll learn simple meditation and mindfulness practices to help you be more present, reduce stress, ease anxiety, and regulate emotions in daily life.

6-week online Mindfulness Course for Parents
Parenting is meaningful, but it can also feel overwhelming. With so much to juggle, it’s easy to lose your pause, your breath, and sometimes yourself.

You can expect
When we’re stressed, our children feel it. As a parent and long-time educator, I understand these pressures. This course offers a gentle space to reconnect, meet challenges with more ease, and nurture greater patience, presence, and resilience — for you and your family. 1 TO 1 MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
For adults who prefer a more personal approach, I offer individual mindfulness sessions, available online or in person (SW London).

You can expect
These sessions provide a calm, supportive space tailored entirely to your needs — whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or simply wishing to deepen your mindfulness practice. The structure follows the General Mindfulness Course, but with the benefit of 60-minute personalised sessions. A minimum of nine sessions is recommended to support meaningful change, with the option to continue for longer if helpful. FEES Online: £90 per session In person (SW London): £105 per session


How to enrol
To begin, simply email claire@bridgemakermindfulness.com to arrange a free 30-minute online information session. This initial meeting offers a gentle introduction to the programme, gives space for your questions, and helps us explore whether the approach is right for you. It also allows me to understand your needs so that the sessions can be thoughtfully tailored. PAYEMENT & CANCELLATION Sessions are paid on the day of each appointment. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT After completing the programme, you’re welcome to continue with ad-hoc 1-to-1 sessions as needed.
